Thieves skilled in claws can throw their claw and dig it into their target's
back when their target attempts to flee or tunnel away from combat. There
is a chance that the thief will drag their target back into combat and root
them into place, disabling them from fleeing for three seconds. The thief
must be wielding a claw and be skilled in the weapon. When the claw digs
into the target's back, the experience can be rather painful, even more so
if the thief is highly skilled in this maneuver.
